World Electric Supply Inks $906,250 Lease

MIAMI-The 25,000-sf, five-year deal is for a new location for the electrical supply distributor at 6780 White Drive in West Palm Beach, FL. The company is paying about $7.25 per sf gross.

The property is located at 6780 White Drive and is a new location for the company. Robert Smith, vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the owner of the property, National "G," in the transaction. He was the only broker involved in the deal.

World Electric Supply distributes electrical supplies in Florida. The company serves commercial, construction and MRO customers.
