The women's wear trio are Talbot's, Ann Taylor Loft and Chico's. A contact tells GlobeSt.com that Talbot's signed for 6,000 sf, Ann Taylor Loft took 5,200 sf and Chico's, 2,600 sf.

The shopping center is being developed by Planned Community Developers LLC, a company formed by the principals of Sugarland Properties Inc. The third phase, which the contact describes as the "upscale shopping" phase will deliver in October 2003. The first phase consisted of a Randall's grocery store and the second phase was tailored to community services' retailers such as dry cleaners. Jack O'Brien of O'Brien & Associates in Dallas designed the center.
