Also, Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide represented MobilityWorks, a handicap-accessible vehicle manufacturer, in a 13,120 sf lease at1965 E. Avis Dr. in Madison Heights. Viktor Gjonaj, retail sales associatewith Insite, was responsible for negotiating the lease on this industrialproperty, which Mobility Works will use to house a new production facility.Insite is affiliated with Schostak Brothers & Co. of Southfield.
