Kolb has management experience in the public and private sectors. A licensed general contractor, he has expertise in the development aspect of commercial real estate and construction.
In the past, he has been responsible for the entire project development process, including site location; design, approvals and permitting processes; construction; and the final commissioning of projects. He's worked on class A office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, manufacturing facilities and correctional facilities.
