Rick Pearson of Cresa Partners, who represented the tenant, tells GlobeSt.com that the company is moving from a building at 6100 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles that is owned by Arden Realty Inc., which also owns the building at 303 N. Glenoaks Blvd. Pearson says HeyAnita Inc., which develops voice recognition technology used by telecommunications firms and other companies, had about eight months remaining on its lease in Los Angeles. The company occupies about 14,000 sf at the Los Angeles location and is expected to move into the Burbank facility in March.
Arden was represented internally by Kevin Fenenbock and also by Doug Marlow, Randy Brown and Gil Canton of CB Richard Ellis.
The 303 N. Glenoaks building was constructed in 1983 and is a steel-frame structure comprising approximately 180,500 sf. With the signing of the HeyAnita lease, it is about 60% occupied.
