RJ Global Technologies Inc., a longtime park tenant, manufactures diaphragm seals for industrial process control in the 45,675-sf building at 10910 W. Sam Houston Parkway North. The inbound tenant, Polaris Laboratories LLC, will use its industrial space as a location to test oil, coolant and diesel fuel.
David Dabbs and Leigh Anne Ahr of Betz Commercial Brokerage Inc. in Houston represented the park owner, BRI/Legacy Park Business Center Ltd. Polaris used a team from CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Houston office to negotiate its lease.
Built in 2002, the park was developed for the owners by Betz Commercial Brokerage. The buildings are comprised primarily of flex space. At last count, the project was about 20% occupied. The asking rate is $9 per sf triple net.
