The 22-year-old building has a 2002 assessed value of approximately $9 million, and is currently fully occupied by Greenblum and two other occupants. Greenblum, which occupies space next door at 1941 Roland Clarke Place, is in expansion mode. "The two properties represent six-and-a-half acres, and there is visibility along the Toll Road," Advantis/GVA's Dek Potts said at the time of Greenblum's leasing deal in August. Potts and partner Jim Meisel represented Greenblum in the August lease transaction, as well as the more recent purchase deal.
