The firm is in a three-building office complex that is owned by Los Angeles-based Arden Realty Inc. The office complex is called Orange Financial Center and totals 305,439 sf. David Cantwell of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant. Arden was represented internally by Andy Batcheller, a leasing manager for the company.

The law firm renewal is typical of what is occurring in most office markets today, according to commercial real estate brokers. They say most of the activity today is in renewals as opposed to expansions and relocations.

Arden is a real estate investment trust that owns, manages, leases, develops, renovates and acquires commercial properties throughout Southern California. The company owns approximately 4.2 million sf in Orange County and is the largest office landlord in Southern California, with more 18.8 million sf of office space in 135 properties.
