The rehab was carried out by Levin Management Corp. of North Plainfield, NJ, the managing and leasing agent for St. George's Crossing. Other anchor tenants include OfficeMax, PetSmart and the recently-signed P.C. Richard & Son. Other tenants include Taco Bell, Bertucci's, FuncoLand and Wine Country.
"ShopRite relocated to a vacant Caldor store within the shopping center," explains David Silver, Levin's corporate director of marketing. "We completed a major upgrade of the building exterior, as well as the parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping. ShopRite built out the store's interior."
ShopRite is a supermarket cooperative, based in Elizabeth, NJ. Its stores, mostly located in New Jersey and New York, are owned and operated by individual private owners who are members of the cooperative.
