Also, Morley Candy has expanded its operations by moving its fundraising divisions from their company headquarters in Clinton Township to a 100,000-sf facility on Joy Boulevard in Harrison Township. The company signed a multi-year sublease with Amphenol Sine Systems. Morley plans to use production lines to pre-pack its product that will be used in fundraising efforts for schools, churches and other organizations throughout the country.
Tom Jablonski of L. Mason Capitani Inc. represented Morley Candy and Jason Capitani represented Amphenol. The office division of the company represents in excess of 1.5 million sf of office properties for sale or lease, including a 20% market share in Macomb County, said company officials.
