Unit prices range from $450,000 to $739,000. Total unit sizes will range from 1,808 sf to 1,906 sf. The developer is planning to sell the units at an average of approximately $270 per sf.

Space 01 units will have more than 1,000 sf of open space that can be converted into a living room, office, bedroom or a combination of each. Units will also feature one other structured room. The bathroom will be accessible from the main space as well as the separate room.

Each floor will have five walkthrough units with views of the inner harbor and private views of the bay. The developer is incorporating balcony space inside the lofts. Those areas will have private hot tubs and a glass wall from floor to ceiling. Units also will have 11.5-foot ceilings.

Other amenities include an oversized shower, a rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a garden that will include fruit trees and flowers, a fitness center and spa, and a boardwalk. The project's architect is Chad Oppenheim, founding principal of Oppenheim architecture + design.
