Benton's was represented by Bill Skinner from Vallone & Associates of Houston in the lease negotiations. Benton's Bistro also has retail space in a center in Crockett, north of Houston. The locally owned eatery specializes in New Orleans Creole and Italian cuisines.
Jeff Beard, director of retail properties for the Woodlands Operating Co. LP, handled talks for the shopping center owner. The 138,952-sf Alden Bridge Village Center, anchored by a 67,768-sf Kroger, is located at the corner of Research Forest Drive and Kuykendahl Road. The 30-store roster also includes Blockbuster Video, Chase Bank of Texas, Walgreens and Subway.
The center is located in a three-mile trade area with a population of 30,943. The area's average household income is $113,781 per year.
