The lease is in Miami Lakes Business Park East #22, located at 14100 N.W. 58th Court. Metro Knitting, a contract knitting company, took all the space in that building.
Rene Vivo, with Codina Realty Rervices at the time the lease was signed, represented the property owner in the transaction. Bob Comunale of Industrial Group Realty represented Metro Knitting. The lease was negotiated by Steve Style, vice president of marketing for The Graham Cos.
Miami Lakes is a 41-year-old, five-square-mile business and residential community developed by privately owned The Graham Cos.
