Klein Sells New Farmer Jack Store

FARMINGTON HILLS-Developer builds grocery store in city early last year, uses brokerage arm

The 100,000-sf store is located on Middlebelt Road north of Warren Road inWestland.The store, which opened in February of 2002, was developed by an entitycontrolled by the principal officers of Barry M. Klein Realty Enterprises,LLC and Erickson & Associates Inc. of Rockford, IL.

Klein did not divulge the name of the purchasing company, nor how much itcost to build the facility.Klein's real estate company was the broker involved in the Farmer Jack leasetransaction and also procured the purchaser.The price of the sales was almost $8 million.
