Four Tenants Lease 10,300 SF at Parkway Center

ALLENTOWN, PA -Sherwin Williams and Radio Shack renew leases totaling 5,500 sf at the 125,000-sf shopping center in Allentown, and Anderson Windows and Subway restaurants move into 4,800 sf, lifting occupancy to above 97%.

Sherwin Williams, the retail paint and decorating chain, has renewed its lease for 3,900 sf. Radio Shack also renewed its existing 1,600 sf lease, and Anderson Windows opened a new 3,500-sf retail showroom. A 1,300-sf Subway restaurant expands the fast food chain's presence in the Lehigh Valley.

Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc., based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, is the exclusive leasing agent for Parkway, and Metro's Rob Cooper negotiated the leases on behalf of SL Parkway. Daniel J. Hughes is the president of Metro.
