Meiser formed MEIZ - Retail Development Services. The company will specialize in providing owner representation in project management and tenant coordination services. MEIZ will serve development, redevelopment and operations projects.

Meiser, an architect by training, has formed a joint venture with Rothschild/Downes Architects for "added depth of retail design experience and creative talent to provide in-house retail design services, leasing exhibits, marketing materials, tenant design criteria manual and tenant design review. The most important aspect of any project is to understand the owner's objective and to add value by providing the highest caliber of experienced people for a better quality project"

In the Denver area, Meiser has worked on the 450,000-sf FlatIron Marketplace in Broomfield, the second phase of the Flour Mill Lofts condominiums, the 350,000-sf Denver Pavilions retail center in downtown Denver, and the 1.55 million-sf Park Meadows regional mall in Douglas County.
