Three-Building Warehouse Project Sells for $1M

MIAMI-701 Minor Road LLC paid $59.37 per sf to the Norbert R. McNamara Jr. Trust for the 16,000-sf project in Hypoluxo, FL. The buildings, which are 100% occupied, are more than 25 years old.

The seller was the Norbert R. McNamara Jr. Trust. The CBS block buildings were built in 1976 and 1977. They are located at 701 Minor Road, and 7928 and 7987 Coral St.

The whole project is 100% occupied by such major tenants as Exotic Graphics Solutions, Ski Concepts, Outerlimits Body Shop and Hypoluxo Auto Repair. Peter D. Reed is the president of 701 Minor Road LLC, and Norbert R. McNamara Jr. is trustee for the seller.
