Moreland spent the past 11 years at the Walt Disney Co., where he was responsible for leading the entitlement process and supervising teams on several prominent projects, including Disney's technology creative campus and the renovation of Edison Stadium in Anaheim, CA. He has 25 years' experience in the real estate industry, previously holding several leadership positions related to entitlements, design, construction and planning.
Playa Vista is under development on a site between Marina del Rey, Westchester and Playa del Rey on the Westside of Los Angeles. The new community will include commercial office space, housing, neighborhood shopping and parks in a phased development.
