The properties, located in Brighton; Hemel Hempstead; Leeds; Leamington Spa; Oxford; Sevenoaks; Swindon and Watford, are let to fourteen tenants, at a combined rent of around £4.5 million per annum and with an estimated rental value of £5 million per annum.

Aberdeen Property Investors Director Chris Darroch said: "We have held these properties in this particular fund for a number of years, and for some of which we had provided development finance. This sale represents a move to increase holdings in multi-let properties within the fund, and a reduction in over exposure to certain areas."

CB Hillier Parker Investors represented Siemens, while Aberdeen Property Investors were advised by Strutt & Parker.
