San Marino, located on a 20-acre site at 4200 Military Trail, has been under construction for approximately one year. Work on the outside shell of San Marino was completed in June.
The rental rate range at San Marino is $830 to $1,300 per month for one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities at San Marino include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a busienss center, a heated swimming pool, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, tennis courts, a putting green and a children's playground.
The general contractor for the San Marino complex is Alliance Construction, under the Cornerstone umbrella. Cornerstone Group Development LLC is the developer the high-end community. Also known for affordable rental communities, Cornerstone expanded last year into market-rate luxury rentals with extra amenities.
