A&L Trucking Co. in Houston is taking an 88,000-sf warehouse from PAC Realty Trust of Massachusetts. The 24-year-old building is situated on 6.3 acres at 701 Plastics Ave. in Houston's eastern quadrant.
John M. Talhelm and Kevin A. Erck, both with the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the building owner in the lease negotiations. Meanwhile, the C&W team of B. Kelley Parker, John F. Littman and H. Frank Stanley brokered the deal for A&L Trucking.
On the South Side, Prestige Moulding & Supply Inc. leased 5,286 sf in Beltway Service Center, a 28-year-old, 40,726-sf structure at 5803 Sovereign. Prestige will use the industrial space for general offices, storage and distribution of framing supplies.
Walter Menuet of Vantage Cos. of Houston negotiated the transaction for the building owner, Vantage Houston Inc., agent for Halawa View Apartments of Hawaii. The tenant did not use a broker to seal the deal.
