Phil Breidenbach of Colliers International's Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that the $600,000, five-year renewal for 355 N. Third St. will include a larger outdoor sign for the Phoenix Symphony that will give the group "a much grander presence" within the Garden Office Pavilion.
One of the building's anchor tenants, the symphony has been a tenant for about five years. It currently shares the building's 125,000 sf of office space with the Smith Group, a Michigan-based design firm, Langdon-Wilson Architects and Phoenix International Raceway, which has its administrative and ticket offices at the site.
Building owner the Rouse Co., which built the Garden Office Pavilion as part of a nine-block Arizona Center redevelopment project, also expects to move its regional offices into the facility, Breidenbach said. He along with Peter Nieman and Amy Whatley, also with Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction. The building owner was self-represented.
