The larger of the two properties, the 63,000-sf Skyline Plaza at 414 Eagle Rock Ave. here, changed hands for $6.5 million. Sold by Newmark for the second time in two years, according to the firm's president Susanne Newmark, the three-story building is currently 100% leased to multiple tenants.
The other property that was sold was Woodland Plaza, a 38,000-sf, three-story building located at 155 Prospect Ave. here. Like Skyline Plaza, the property is currently 100% leased to multiple tenants.
