Handling the assignment are Roy Lucas and Kenneth Lundberg, both senior vice presidents for the Hackensack, NJ-based Hanson. "We anticipate very strong demand," according to Lucas.
The building, which is located in Middlesex County in Central New Jersey, has a built-out office component of just under 5,000 sf, according to Lucas. The warehouse building features 22-foot ceiling heights, five tailgates and heavy duty power. The location is just off Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
