Van Martin, CCIM, SIOR, president of CB Richard Ellis will serve asthe 2003 DACBOR President.
Martin is replacing outgoing president, Peter Dow, president of theBrushwood Corporation.
Randy Thomas, president and CEO of Insite CommercialGroup, is the 2004 president-elect and Ray Kisor, principal of CommerceRealty and Management Co., was elected Treasurer.
Dow and outgoing board member Scott Griffin were presented with awards.
Griffin was honored for his outstanding service on the board from 1997 to2002, and Dow received a plaque for his outstanding service as the 2002President.
The organization serves the needs of commercial practitioners throughout thestate of Michigan.
Also, Paul Hoge of Signature Associates-ONCOR International has been namedthe 2002 Most Valuable Broker in the Detroit Market by First IndustrialRealty Trust of Chicago.
