He has provided construction expertise in many areas, including hospitality, high-rise residential, health care, education, entertainment and aviation. Before joining Pavarini, Rasche was officer in charge of American Airlines' $1.5 billion north terminal expansion project at Miami International Airport.

Rasche, a long-term board member of Associated General Contractors, was Florida State Council president in 1999. He has also worked with local contractors to boost their capabilities, and has led minority training programs, helped guide community organizations in their missions, and conducted training for industry organizations.

Pavarini, based in New York City, was founded in 1896. The company provides a variety of construction services.
