KI Inc. Gets $2.1M for Land

MIAMI-The company sold 7.65 acres of industrial land in the Sawgrass Corporate Park in Sunrise, FL to Sandor Genet and/or Assigns, which may do a build-to-suit project or collection of full bay warehouses for sale or rent.

The buyers haven't decided exactly what they will do with the land, but they are considering a build-to-suit development or full bay warehouses for rent or for sale, Harry Tangalakis, a broker involved in the sale, tells GlobeSt.com.

Tangalakis, senior vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented KI Inc. as the only broker involved in the transaction.
