St. Ann's House is multi-tenanted with a total rent roll of £1.3 million ($2.1 million) per annum. It has five retail units, let to Boots; Russell & Bromley, Flannels; Office Holdings and Bally Shoes on leases of between 10 and 20 years. And the building's four floors of air-conditioned office space is let to law firm, Beachcroft Wansbrough.
