Stronghaven Extends Lease, Readies for New Building

MIAMI-The company will remain in its 22,346-sf office/warehouse lease in Sunrise, FL, where it has been for five years, until April when its new, 50,000-sf building in Broward Lakes is set to be completed.

The company extended its current lease with property owner AMB NDP Local LP, at 13807 N.W. 4th St., until April. This transaction is valued at $50,000. Stronghaven has been a tenant there for five years.

Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented AMB NDP Local LP in the transaction. Stronghaven is an Atlanta-based manufacturer of corrugated containers.
