Crawford will join C&W's Northern California management team, which is based in San Francisco and is overseen by Joe Cook, senior managing director, Northern California.

Crawford began his career in the 1980's as a broker with C&W in San Jose. He then took a position as senior manager for Ernst & Young Real Estate Consulting in Palo Alto and Newport Beach. Before rejoining C&W, he served as a brokerage producer with CRESA Partners in San Jose, where his client base included Symantec, Syndeo Corp., Interact Commerce Corp., Panasonic and A.G. Edwards & Sons.
