Manekin Begins Construction on Another Warehouse

LANDOVER, MD-Manekin gets to work on a 30,000-sf warehouse at the Cabin Branch Distribution Center on behalf of Pacific Realty Associates. Taylor Equipment Rental will occupy much of the $1.4 million facility, which is scheduled for completion in June.

Located where Cabin Branch Dr. and Sheriff Rd. meet, the Cabin Branch Distribution Center is within close proximity to sports complex Fed Ex Field. The new warehouse will occupy a parcel that was formerly home to a Safeway grocery store distribution facility. Giant grocery store keeps its distribution center right next to the space on which the warehouse will sit. Taylor Equipment Rental is on board to be the building's main tenant.
