Besides its BOMA Orlando presence, Crow's Tampa office picked up two awards for outstanding office building management from the BOMA Tampa Bay chapter. The properties are the 12-story, 246,340-sf Island Center office building owned by Rocky Point Joint Venture; and Sunforest I and II, a three-story, 178,034-sf suburban development owned by Sunforest Office LLC.
