Emco Inc., a machine shop, leased 6,200 sf of warehouse space at 1171A Brittmoore Rd., a 15,000-sf, 22-year-old building sitting on about an acre. Chris Kugle of NAI Partners Commercial's Houston office represented the building owner, Deal Partner LLP in the lease negotiations.
CNI Telecommunications will set up a distribution facility in 3,450 sf at 1424 W. Sam Houston Parkway, a 35,176-sf, free-standing building owned by Town & Country Service Center JV. The 23-year-old, one-story facility is situated on about 1 1/2 acres. Located between Interstate 10 and Hammerly Boulevard, the building is 92% occupied.
