300 Harper Place was built by the Pureland Group in 1984, and the real estate development, construction and investment company has owned and managed it ever since. CSC's presence in the building began when it leased a small suite a year later, according to Pureland spokesman Jeff Arnold. The company expanded over the years and currently occupies the entire three-story building.
The developer/owner, of course, is perhaps better known for its Pureland Industrial Park. The sprawling 3,000-acre project, one of the largest industrial parks in the country, is mostly located in Bridgeport, NJ.
