It was designed by noted architect Luigi Vitalini of Hersh, Corazzini, Vitalini in Coral Gables, FL. Prices for the remaining one-and two-bedroom lofts range from the mid-$200s to around $400,000. Lofts will range in size from 756 sf to 1,154 sf.
The Vilamur lofts will feature 18-foot ceilings, double-height windows with ocean and park views, European-style kitchens, private rooftop terraces and a rooftop Roman pool. Occupancy is slated for spring 2004.
A sister loft project, Vilasol, will be located one block north at 78th and Collins. This project will consist of 20 lofts, with prices starting in the mid $200s and ranging in size from 772 sf to 1,205 sf. Occupancy for Vilasol is set for winter 2004.
