In the Caliper transaction, Boston Properties was represented in-house by John Brandbergh, vice president of marketing and leasing in the firm's Princeton office. The tenant was represented by Jerry Fennelly of NAI Fennelly Associates of Hamilton, NJ. 506 Carnegie Center is a four-story, 146,000-sf class A building built in 1991.

In the second signing, the Japanese company Taiho Pharmaceutical has taken 9,000 sf on a long-term basis, and will use 210 Carnegie Center as its US headquarters. Brandbergh similarly represented Boston Properties in-house, while the tenant was spoken for by Motoko Ueno Culp of the New York City-based Redac Inc. The facility is a five-story, 161,000-sf class A building that dates back to 1985.

Carnegie Center is a 560-acre property that includes 16 single- and multi-tenant buildings totaling nearly two million sf of space. Initially developed in 1980 and acquired by Boston Properties in 1998, its master plan development continues with the vested right to develop an additional two million sf.
