Knight Trading has tapped CB Richard Ellis as exclusive leasing agent for the space. Handling the assignment will be Geoffrey Schubert, Dan Casey and Scott Lawliss of the firm's Paramus, NJ-based operations and Philip Sprayregen and Jeffrey Hipschman of the New York office.
The space features expansive viewing galleries of a 28,000-sf trading floor with 25-ft clear ceiling heights, according to Schubert. Other features include three private elevators and high-capacity HVAC systems.
