FAIRVIEW, NJ-The industrial asset, located in Bergen County and owned by Safer Development, is already 87% leased, with just 37,500 sf available on its first floor.

Handling the assignment for Hanson are sales associate Jeffrey DeMagistris, vice president Andrew Somple and sales associate Thomas Vetter. Rental rates and terms haven't been disclosed.

The warehouse building, which features 18-ft. to 20-ft. ceiling heights and a half-dozen loading docks, sits on a site that totals nearly 620,000 sf of land space. The location is close to major access points to Manhattan, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.
