Tres Bayou marks the fourth sale in recent months for the acreage situated at the mouth of the Chocolate Bayou in the western quadrant of Brazoria County, southwest of Houston. Previously, 381 acres went to investors Joe Salidino and Robert Goode while 333 acres were transferred to Terrance Hlavinkia Cattle Co. BP Amoco recently bought 3,844 acres as a buffer zone for its existing chemical plant.
