The primary tenant of the South Broadway Medical Center is the Centennial Family Care Center, a busy pediatric practice serving south Denver.
The building was designed by Dauer Haswell Architecture Group, a full service architectural firm based in Denver's Central Platte Valley.
The architectural firm says it tried to provide patients and medical staff with a comfortable and inviting environment. Each of the medical practices in the building is connected by a light-filled glass atrium with views of the mountains. The building also includes a large lounge, ample storage, and a wellness center with circuit training, cycling, treadmills, a massage table, and locker rooms.
