An 84-month lease for 11,402 sf was negotiated for 501 N. Stemmons, a 105,745-sf office/tech building that goes to 91% occupancy with the signing, Helen Hudson of TIG Real Estate Services in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. She bargained the terms for the Stamford, CT-headquartered owner, GE Capital, while Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall Inc. in Dallas represented the AIDS Interfaith Network.

Hudson says the outreach office is being set up in space previously occupied by the Dallas Youth Services. There were three buildings that made the short list along with the 1980s-era winner on the fringe of the downtown near the intersection of Interstate 35E and Industrial Boulevard.

Also in Dallas, Premiere Realty Services Inc. took 12,890 sf of office space from Dain Rauscher Inc. at 2711 Haskell. Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas brokered the terms for Premiere Realty while Matt Talley, of the firm's corporate services group, represented Dain Rauscher.

At 14881 Quorum in Dallas, Helmsman Financial Partners leased 1,571 sf from Triad Dallas Properties IV Ltd. Triad's John Hoctor handled the talks with the tenant's representative, Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller Commercial.
