Juan Henriquez purchased an 8,418-sf metal building at 2048 Wirt Rd. in North Houston. According to Harris County Appraisal District, the 23-year-old building is situated on a little more than an acre. It is assessed at $222,960.
Henriquez bought the building from Sam Ramchandran. Mark Lehman with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office represented buyer and seller in the deal.
In the far northwest, David C. Christian, trustee, bought a 3,000-sf metal commercial building, sitting on about 2 1/2 acres at 23018 Aldine Westfield Rd. The buyer intends to redevelop and expand the building for use by a local business, the LMC Complete Automotive Bodyshop. Tom Condon Jr. of Houston-based Betz Commercial Brokerage Inc. represented the buyer.
Harris County's Appraisal District puts the value of the 28-year-old building at $254,520. Seller Vincent Bustamante of Houston acquired the property in 2001, according to the county. Dennis Gates of Gateway Realty in Houston represented Bustamante in the transaction. Pat Barnes and Gail Wright, both with Ticor Title Services, coordinated the closing.
