Schinz's ORL LLC company will be constructing the 17-story venture for about $267,857 per unit and plans to sell the one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes at a starting price of $245,000. RCI Resort Management will lease and manage the properties. Premier Real Estate of Orlando is handling sales.
The site is on the west shore of Lake Bryan, northeast of the 19-story Marriott Orlando World Center. Each tower is designed to hold two levels of parking.
