Thad Hickman and Tyndall Yaap, both in the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., held the listing assignment for the 3,600-sf office building and 19,309-sf warehouse, both more than 20 years old. Yaap tells GlobeSt.com that the property attracted five offers in the five months that it was on the market. The lender was seeking about $750,000 for the property. Yaap wouldn't disclose the selling price, but Harris County pegged the 2002 assessment at $625,950.
VINA is moving from leased space in the Willowbrook area of FM 1960. Yaap says the Fisher Road property, which is located near West Little York Road and Hempstead Highway in the northwest industrial distribution corridor, was central to VINA customers and provided the perfect location for its machine shop. The buyer did not have broker representation.
