According to Vincent Marano, COO of NBP, "Michael Baker has been a tenant here since 1993. Initially, the firm occupied 16,000 sf at 307 College Road East, and will now move to 301 College Road East, where they will occupy 24,000 sf of space." Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Michael Baker Corp. provides engineering and energy services for both the public and private sectors, including engineering design for transportation and civil infrastructure; the operation and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities; and architecture, environmental and construction management for building and transportation projects. The Princeton office specializes in transportation engineering.

Zirinsky and NBP, meanwhile, have launched a major expansion at College Park, a project that will include five new buildings totaling 210,000 sf (see earlier story). All of the new buildings will be done on a build-to-suit basis.

The tenant roster in the existing College Park includes GE, Panasonic, FMC Corp., Hitachi, Orchid Biosciences, Bracco Research and Bloomberg LP.
