The 65%-occupied office building carries an $18 per sf asking rate in a submarket with 11.2 million sf of office product in 89 structures.
Jack Berry of Berry/Meredith & Co. in Houston represented the tenant. Rosemary Kogler and Brian McMackin, both in the Houston office of Lincoln Property Co., represented the building owner, W9/LWSII Real Estate LP, an entity of Lincoln Property Co. and Goldman Sachs' Whitehall Funds.
