South Cape Village, which is being developed by C. Talanian Realty Co., Inc., will be built as an open air center with pedestrian pathways surrounding landscaped village squares. The center will be constructed in two phases with the first phase consisting of the development of the Roche Bros. Supermarket and an additional 15,000 sf of retail space. Construction on that phase is expected to begin next month. The construction of the remaining 103,000 sf is expected to begin shortly after the completion of the first phase. The developer anticipates that tenants will include national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants.
