The Cergy-Pontoise distribution park is located at the junction of the A-15 and A-104 autoroutes. Giraud Logistique already occupies 269,294 sf at ProLogis at park where ProLogis owns eight seven facilities totalling of 813,256 sf. Other tenants include Lear Corporation, Siemens and TNT Jet Services.
ProLogis managing director Ranald Hahn said: "Cergy combines high-quality facilities with a strategic distribution location. These facilities provide customers, such as Giraud Logistique, with the necessary tools to expand and enhance their supply-chain networks."
