Quadrangle Development Corp. and RLJ Development LLC are proposing a Hilton Hotel, which would create a 750-room hotel in its first phase. Otis Warren & Co. and Garfield Traub Development suggest developing a 755-room Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Finally, Treyball Development Inc. and Portman Holdings have come up with a proposal for an 869-room hotel to be operated by a yet to be determined hotel corporation. BDC is currently reviewing the three submissions, but a date for making the final selection has not yet been revealed.
