Wolfgang Puck, of course, is the well-known international chef who launched his US omnipresence 20 years ago with his initial Spago restaurant in California. Wolfgang Puck Express is a subsidiary of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, a privately held corporation of which Puck is the chairman.
The local unit, located at 111 Sinatra Dr., will include a large sidewalk café in addition to its 160-seat capacity. It will feature a signature pizza oven, as well as an exhibition kitchen that allows customers to watch what's going on behind the scenes.
Waterfront Corporate Center is a two-building, 14-story, 1.1 million-sf project of SJP Properties of Parsippany, NJ. The first building, completed last fall, is the new headquarters for publisher John Wiley & Sons, which occupies some 400,000 sf. Marsh & McLennan will occupy most of the second building, which will be completed later this year.
